This is the story of Dr. Skyler Little, a psychoanalyst. She listens to her patients tales of the horrible things in their lives while staying a healthy Christian. She finds out that her best friend Gabriella is being cheated on by her husband Kevin is cheating on her. She does not tell Gabriella for a while but she eventually does. She kicks Kevin out of their house. Kevin then goes to Dr. Little's house for a while. When one of her patients dies Skyler finds out Kevin was the father of her two children. Her lawn man, Reggie, has a psycho ex-girlfriend, Tatiana, who thinks Reggie and Dr. Little are in a relationship. Tatiana begins stalking Dr. Little to find more out about her.
